Shipping policy

The owner of the online store Muusacosmetics.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Tiera Holding OÜ (registry code 14075728), located at Katusepapi 7/1-2, Tallinn.

1. Validity of Sales Terms

  1. These sales terms apply to purchases of goods and services made from the Muusacosmetics.com online store by the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer) and the company TIERA HOLDING OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store Muusacosmetics.com).

  2. In addition to these terms, legal relationships arising from purchasing products from Muusacosmetics.com are regulated by the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), and other applicable legislation.

  3. The Online Store Muusacosmetics.com reserves the right to make changes to the sales terms. Such changes will be reflected on the website www.muusacosmetics.com.

2. Pricing Information

  1. All prices displayed in the Muusacosmetics.com online store are in euros and include 24% VAT.

  2. Delivery costs will be added to the purchase price according to the shipping method chosen by the Consumer.

  3. Prices are valid from the moment the order is placed until the payment deadline for the order expires (3 days after placing the order).

  4. If the order was placed before any changes to the sales terms or prices, the conditions that were in effect at the time of placing the order shall apply.

  5. The Online Store Muusacosmetics.com reserves the right to change product prices. Such changes will be reflected on the website www.muusacosmetics.com.

3. Placing an Order

  1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.

  2. To complete the order, click the "Place Order" link in the cart.

  3. Next, choose whether you want to complete the purchase as a guest or as a returning customer (if such an option is available in the store).

  4. On the order page, fill in the required information fields, select the delivery method, and click “Place Order.” An invoice will be displayed, which can be paid via bank link, bank transfer, or other available payment methods in euros. Payment information, including applicable taxes and additional charges, will be shown on the invoice after confirming the order. A confirmation will also be sent to your registered email address.

  5. Carefully fill in all required fields and check the confirmation page, as the accuracy of the information provided affects the speed and success of delivery, and the resolution of any disputes or claims.

  6. Orders placed in the online store are processed on working days (Mon–Fri 10:00–16:00). If an order is placed on Friday after 15:00, it will be processed the following Monday. This also applies to the "pick up in person" delivery option.

4. Entry Into Force of the Sales Agreement

  1. By concluding a sales agreement, the online store Muusacosmetics.com is obligated to transfer to the Consumer the product that is available, being produced, or will be acquired in the future, and to ensure the transfer of ownership. The Consumer, in turn, agrees to pay the amount stated on the invoice and accept the goods.

  2. Orders that have not been paid for will be cancelled 3 days after being placed.

  3. The sales agreement enters into force after the payment made by the Consumer has been received in TIERA HOLDING OÜ’s bank account.

5. Delivery

  1. After the sales agreement has entered into force, the online store Muusacosmetics.com will compile the order within 1–4 working days and hand it over to the logistics partner for delivery. The logistics partner will then deliver the product to the Consumer within 1–3 working days, except in cases of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the logistics partner’s control.

  2. Delivery deadlines indicated on the website apply from the moment the order is handed over to the logistics partner.

  3. To ensure timely delivery, it is important to provide accurate and valid delivery information during the checkout process.

  4. The online store Muusacosmetics.com is not responsible for delivery delays if the order was handed over to the logistics partner on time, but the delay is due to circumstances beyond the store’s control.
